Transform faster to enhance efficiency

First, by generalising the use of Artificial Intelligence and investing in common technological foundations (Data Market Place…) which will enable us to create new activities for the Group (shared KYC platform, Digital Trust business line).

We are also simplifying our organisation and reviewing our methods to deliver faster. 

This ambitious transformation cannot be achieved without trust, which is the foundation for performance and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Transformation is one of the pillars of the ACT 2028 medium-term strategic plan. It is underpinned by large-scale cross-entity technology programmes as well as streamlined operating processes.

    In a video, Grégory Erphelin, Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole S.A. with responsibility for the Transformation, Human Resources and Transitions division, and Olivier Biton, Director of Technological Transformation at Crédit Agricole S.A. and CEO of Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform, talk about the creation of a data marketplace to leverage data and the large-scale rollout of AI solutions.

    They also reiterate the creation of a new role focused on digital trust before going on to review efforts to streamline how we operate so as to become more fast, agile and efficient.

  • Engaging through trust is one of the transformative aims of the ACT 2028 medium-term strategic plan. In this video, Anne-Catherine Ropers, Head of Human Resources for the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group, highlights that the men and women who work for the Group are at the heart of the strategy and that trust cements a sense of connection and promotes cross-functionality.

    She specifies that accountability will be amplified so as to boost performance.
    In line with the business and technological changes, our organisation will focus on skills so as to align the needs of the businesses with everybody’s aspirations.

    Lastly, both in France and abroad, strengthening cohesion and a sense of community around the Group’s universal values and its Raison d'être will be encouraged.
