Pixmania and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance sign a Europe-wide partnership

Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance has developed a pan-European online credit solution for Pixmania, Europe's leading e-tailer. Online customers in 15 European countries (France, Germany and Italy at first, followed gradually by the 12 others) will be able to pay for their purchases through special financing solutions.
Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance teams have created the VIPix+ card, a tailor-made solution for the French market. The card provides customers with service-enhancing innovations such as receive-and-pay and electronic signature (due in 2011). And Pixmania's loyalty programme now features a special credit facility for customers.
Commenting, Pixmania Chairman Steve Rosenblum said, "One of the major advantages of this partnership for Pixmania is that we have access to innovative solutions delivered by a European leader in consumer credit. Thanks to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance's footprint, this product covers 15 countries."
