Brief biography
A winegrower, manager of a tourist attraction and town Councillor of Saint-Jean-le-Centenier, Jean-Pierre Gaillard has been Chairman of the Crédit Agricole Local Bank of Villeneuve-de-Berg since 1993. After having sat on the Board of the Regional Bank of Ardèche, then of the Sud Rhône Alpes Regional Bank, he was elected Chairman of the latter in 2006. Being particularly committed to local development and environmental economics, he chairs Crédit Agricole Group’s Energy and Environment Committee.
