Biography

Quentin Guerineau began his career in 2016 at the French Treasury Department as Deputy Head of division, successively in charge of Tertiary Activities and Housing competition, and then Insurance Companies and Intermediaries. In 2021, he was appointed Advisor for Industry 4.0, Europe, Territories and Attractiveness to the Deputy Minister for Industry. In 2022, he returned to the Treasury Department as Head of the Insurance Companies and Intermediaries division. In 2023, he joined the Ministry of Energy Transition as Deputy Chief of Staff and then became Chief of Staff to the Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Food Sovereignty in early 2024. In autumn 2024, he became Chief of Staff to the Minister for Ecological Transition, Energy, Climate and Risk Prevention, and subsequently to the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forests, Sea and Fisheries. He joined Crédit Agricole Group in 2026.
 

Quentin Guerineau is a Chief Engineer graduate of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a graduate of École Polytechnique.
