Biography

Valérie Wanquet began her career as an auditor for PWC in 1988. She joined Crédit Lyonnais in 1991 as Head of Accounting for capital markets. In 1999 she joined the Singapore branch as Financial Controller, and then in 2001, the Hong Kong Branch and became Chief Financial Officer for Asia in 2003. In 2007 she was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Crédit Agricole CIB China. From 2011 to 2013 she held the role of Regional CFO for CACIB Asia, before becoming COO for Hong-Kong and Asia. She joined CA Consumer Finance in 2016 as Group CFO. Since July 2019, she has been also responsible for Central Secretariat, Legal & Public Affairs and Group Credit functions.

Valérie Wanquet is a graduate from ESSEC Business School and a CPA.
