CABP as a partner of the Festival of Francophonie in Wroc?aw

CABP as a partner of the Festival of Francophonie in Wroc?aw

Credit Agricole Bank Polska became the main partner of the Francophonie Festival in Wroc?aw, which strengthens ties between Poland and France.

Wroclaw Days of French-speaking countries, also named Festival of Francophonie, aim to familiarize Polish audiences with the French language and culture of Francophone countries. As every year, the event coincides with the International Francophone Day, celebrated on 20 March. Credit Agricole has been the main partner of the event for twenty years.

The most important element of the festival was a gala evening with the participation of the vocalist Bergame presenting lyrical music in the pop style (http://www.bergame-musique.fr/). The festival programme also included concerts of French song, disco, jazz and hip-hop, screenings of films from Morocco, Uruguay, Luxembourg and Switzerland, a meeting with Proust's prose, as well as culinary workshops (Evening of the Tastes of Francophony, Goût de France/Good France).

- For many years we have been supporting Alliance Française in organizing the Festival of Francophonie. It is obvious that this year it could not have been otherwise - says Przemys?aw Przybylski, CABP corporate communication director. - Days of French-speaking countries are an important event for us every year, because they connect Wroc?aw, the city in which our bank's headquarters is located, with the culture of France, from which our bank originates -  explains Przybylski.
