Crédit Agricole Bank Polska is meeting the needs of its elderly customers

Crédit Agricole Bank Polska is meeting the needs of its elderly customers and providing them with exclusive branch access between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. every day. In-branch advisors are helping elderly customers manage their day-to-day banking business and taking the opportunity to show them how to use remote banking services from the comfort of their own home.

In all CABP branches, the rules of safe service introduced at the beginning of the epidemic still apply: - up to 5 customers at a time can stay at the branch, while others are asked to wait outside; - the distance between the customers at and in front of the facility should be at least 2 metres; - the advisor may refuse service to a person with visible symptoms of illness or living with a person in quarantine at home; - before handling, the advisor may ask the client to wear disposable gloves or to disinfect his or her hands with the facility's own hand disinfectant.

Bank branches generally work from 10 am to 4 pm, although some branches may adapt to local needs and work other hours. Electronic banking channels are available around the clock: CA24 eBank and CA24 Mobile application.

Persons who are not yet Credit Agricole's clients can open an account with this bank remotely via the CA24 Open Account application. The fee for maintaining the account is PLN 0, the client also does not pay anything for a multicurrency card to the account, a withdrawal from all ATMs in Poland and for transfers via the Internet. In addition, anyone who opens a new account in April and actively uses mobile payments can get a bonus of up to 200 PLN.
