Hervé Catala joins BGPI from Crédit Foncier de Monaco, the Principality's foremost bank offering private and commercial banking services, where he was CEO from 1999. After joining the Legal department of Compagnie Financière de Suez in 1979, he subsequently moved to Banque Indosuez, first in Banking Commitments, then in the Major Corporates division. He was regional manager successively for Eastern France, Northern France and Rhône-Alpes from 1987 to 1994, when he was appointed head of the French Regions division.

Hervé Catala, 51, has a master's degree in public law.

Bruno Calmettes joined Banque de Gestion Privée Indosuez in 2001 as Deputy CEO in charge of Sales and Marketing. Since joining the Banking Commitments department of Banque Indosuez in 1979, he has pursued a career in corporate and private banking both internationally (Indosuez Mer Rouge, Saudi French Bank, Crédit Agricole Suez Luxembourg) and in France (Lyon, Paris, BGPI).

Bruno Calmettes, 52, has a master's degree in economics and is a graduate of the Bordeaux Institut d'Etudes Politiques.
