Announced at MIPIM* 2024 in Cannes, Crédit Agricole Immobilier is the winner of the call for urban mixed-use projects with a low carbon footprint for the Demi-Lune site in Puteaux (92), launched by Paris La Défense.
With the goal of building the first low-carbon HRB** in France, the consortium, managed by CA Immobilier and Linkcity, will prioritise the use of bio-sourced and reused materials. In terms of construction, it will have a low-carbon post-beam structure and wooden floors.
Located a stone’s throw from the Grande Arche in La Défense, this 62,000-m2 project will offer a mixture of office spaces, teaching spaces, food outlets, hotel accommodation and studio apartments. On the ground floor, a landscaped hill will replace a road traffic junction. The delivery of this ambitious project is scheduled for 2031.
This project is part of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Societal Project which strives to act in favour of the climate and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, while strengthening its position as a stakeholder in the societal and environmental transition. |
