Crédit Agricole Titres rolls out the new Regional Banks’ stock market website
With more than 300 million page views and 6.5 million orders placed in 2023, the stock market is of key interest to Crédit Agricole Group customers.

Crédit Agricole Titres has therefore rebuilt its entire stock market website, in collaboration with CACD2*, CA-TS, the Wealth Management Users Division and the pilot Regional Banks**, with the participation of nearly 500 customers, in just 18 months, so as to offer a customer experience that meets the highest market standards.

All holders of Regional Bank securities accounts and PEAs can now use the new CA Bourse website, which has been simplified and made more accessible, with its interface integrated within the NPC (new customer portal). Its benefits include an ordering process that can be tailored to new or experienced customers, a more user-friendly catalogue of securities with the option to filter by various criteria, and a redesigned newsfeed.

The idea is that this attractive and competitive new site will appeal to new customers who are active on the stock market, especially young investors, while fostering loyalty among existing customers. The next step will be to update the mobile version and to offer a uniform experience regardless of whether the client is using the CA Bourse app, Ma Banque or the mobile NPC.
* CACD2 : Crédit Agricole Conseil & Développement Digital, subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A. and digital transformation partner to its entities.
** Pilot Regional Banks: Anjou Maine, Champagne-Bourgogne, Côtes d’Armor, Finistère, Ille-et-Vilaine, Morbihan, Val de France.

En Bref - séparation
For the 14th year in a row, Crédit Agricole Assurances is holding a call for projects from French public interest organisations supporting caregivers. The projects must encourage cooperation between stakeholders with a focus on three themes: combating caregiver isolation, facilitating their reintegration within the workplace, and supporting ageing parents who care for a disabled person. Since 2010, over 200 projects have received financial support.
En Bref - séparation
For the 3rd consecutive year, the collaboration between the Foundation Francesca Rava and the Crédit Agricole Group in Italy has enabled Group employees to take part in the “Palla al centro” project, which works to promote the well-being of young prisoners in Milan’s Cesare Beccaria youth detention centre. The aim of this project is to set up initiatives to support the social, educational and professional reintegration of these young people.
Earth Day 2024
Organised for the first time on 22 April 1970 by Wisconsin Senator Gaylord Nelson, who witnessed the ravages of the massive oil spill in Santa Barbara (California) in 1969, the aim of Earth Day is to raise public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and biodiversity. To encourage individuals and governments to take action, it is often characterised by demonstrations, clean-up events and the planting of trees, amongst other things. The theme for 2024 is “Planet vs. Plastics”, notably to highlight the health risks associated with plastic pollution. A cause that the Crédit Agricole Group actively supports through Plastic Odyssey.

The official vote on the AI Act is taking place at the European Parliament today. The EU’s new regulation on artificial intelligence notably aims to ensure that AI systems are safe, respectful of human rights and European values, and are reliable in terms of personal security. The legislation will come into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal, and is currently being implemented within a standardised Group framework by the AI Design Authority in collaboration with the Group's entities.
Launch of “Ambitions”, Crédit Agricole’s new topical and enlightening magazine
Designed by the teams at FNCA, this new bimonthly magazine, available in both paper and digital versions, replaces Crédit Agricole Magazine after 30 years. Intended for Group employees and Regional Bank board members, each issue offers a topical view of a given subject, with information to improve understanding, details of relevant projects underway or completed within the Group, and considerations for the future. The first issue is dedicated to the climate.
