The new edition of the ERI is launched
The Crédit Agricole Group once again invites its employees to participate in the Engagement and Recommendation Index (ERI) from 14 September to 5 October 2021 inclusive.
All Crédit Agricole Group employees in France and abroad are invited to complete the questionnaire. In 2020, nearly 99,000 of you gave your opinion. This historic participation level was very useful to us in the current unprecedented situation.
Our management culture is being transformed over a long period of time and is built on a collective made up of each of you. Like previous editions, you will be able to express yourself anonymously and confidentially on the main issues affecting life both within your entity and the Group.
Fully aligned with the Group Project and, more specifically, the Human Project, the ERI is an opportunity for each and every employee to be an agent of change. Its measurement is a key indicator of the Group’s transformation and the evolution of our management culture, enabling everyone to take responsibility and fully express themselves, making sound decisions regarding customers.
This year, we again reiterate that we will emerge from the crisis we have experienced during this period.
