Predica offers full online subscription capability for selected life insurance policies
Paris, 12 May 2010
Predica offers full online subscription capability for selected life insurance policies.
Predica, a Crédit Agricole Assurances subsidiary, is offering customers of the LCL network and eight Crédit Agricole Regional Banks* the possibility of subscribing online to the “Predissime 9”, “Cap Découverte” and “Lionvie Vert Equateur” life insurance policies using a digital signature.
The objective of the electronic signature facility is to enhance the multi-channel transaction methods already in place on the Crédit Agricole and LCL websites. Existing banking customers who do not have life insurance can now sign up electronically for this type of savings product. In addition to subscribing online, customers can choose to make variable or regular payments and to switch between and monitor the performance of the funds underlying their policies. They can also obtain investment advice. In addition, customers and branch advisors alike have access to real-time transaction information.
Predica is providing customers and networks with a high-tech multi-channel distribution method, and plans to extend online subscriptions to high-end life insurance products. The service is now being rolled out across the entire Crédit Agricole network.
