LCL and Crédit Agricole Assurances have entered into exclusive negotiations with AnaCap, a private equity fund investing in the European mid-market segment, for the joint acquisition of Milleis Group, a long-standing independent player in private banking and wealth management in France.

The Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole S.A. has approved to file an authorization request with the ECB to cross 20% in the share capital of Banco BPM S.p.A.

Following the agreement announced on December 19th, 2024, and after receiving all required authorizations, Crédit Agricole S.A. announces today having completed the acquisition of Santander’s 30.5% stake in CACEIS, its asset servicing subsidiary. Credit Agricole S.A. now controls 100% of the share capital of CACEIS.

CACEIS, a leading European asset servicing group, is appointed by Syz Asset Management, part of Swiss family-owned Syz Group, to provide custody, fund administration, and transfer agency services. The mandate covers all of Syz Asset Management’s funds totalling over CHF 3 billion.

Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, announces that its entity in Monaco, CFM Indosuez, has signed an agreement to acquire the Wealth Management clients of the BNP Paribas Group subsidiary in Monaco.

Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in COMWATT, an innovative company based in Montpellier, France, specialising in the production and optimisation of solar energy consumption for individual customers.

On 11 June, the Board of Directors of CFM Indosuez, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management in Monaco, decided to appoint Bénédicte Chrétien as Chief Executive Officer of CFM Indosuez Wealth Management. This appointment will be effective on 1 October 2025 subject to the approval of the relevant supervisory authorities.

The acquisition of Petits-fils would establish Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group, as the leader in at-home services for seniors in France.
