Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services is the IT and technology partner of Crédit Agricole's 39 Regional Banks. It designs, manufactures and maintains the banking information system.
Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services (CA-TS) designs, manufactures and maintains the technological banking information system for the 39 Regional Banks of Crédit Agricole, France's leading mutual bank.
Our ambition? To make CA-TS, a subsidiary of the Regional Banks, the IT player of reference in terms of performance, technology and social responsibility.

CSR side
CA-TS has been implementing a proactive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy since 2019, culminating in the award of the Level 2 Responsible Digital label in 2023. This label structures its Responsible Digital strategy, at the heart of its businesses serving Crédit Agricole's Regional Banks.
This policy is structured around three concrete themes:
- Integration of CA-TS digital eco-design criteria and RGAA digital accessibility standards into the Ma Banque application, used by nearly 10 million customers
- The reduction in mainframe consumption by the Regional Mutuals' information systems, and the downsizing of more than 3,300 Open servers
- The desire and ambition to reduce the carbon output of its IT infrastructures by 25%, in line with the Crédit Agricole Group's commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
