His career
Specialist in banking IT production and infrastructure, Kevork Sarafyan began his career in 2002 at LCL, as a research engineer on cross-functional IT applications and credit granting. LCL has been a Crédit Agricole Group entity since 2003.
He then joined SILCA from 2006 to 2018. During this period, he successively held the positions of Operations Engineer and SWIFT Expert and then IT Project Manager, before supervising the production team “Banking Messaging and Flow” and managing the Innovation Laboratory. He also worked on IT production convergence at SILCA (CAPFM, CALF, CAPS in particular).
In 2019, he continued his career at Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform (CAGIP), where he worked as Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Crédit Agricole SA Retail Banking (LCL, BforBank and international retail banks). He was then appointed Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) in April 2024 within the Banque de Proximité Caisses Régionales scope.
Since 11 September 2026, Kevork Sarafyan has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Clusters at Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform.
