Her career
Véronique Racoussot-Sorosina began her career at Crédit Agricole Group more than 30 years ago at Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France, where she successively held the positions of Legal and Litigation Manager, Back Office Manager and then Head of Multi-Channel.
She then joined the Caisse régionale des Savoie as Multi-Channel Director and Organisation. In particular, it took charge of the AMT Regional Banks' changeover project to the SI NICE.
In 2013, she moved to LCL where she successively held the positions of Director of Strategy and Multi-Channel and then Director of Payment Operations and Customer Services.
In May 2019, Véronique Racoussot-Sorosina was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Centre-Est.
Véronique Racoussot-Sorosina has been Chief Executive Officer at Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services since June 2024.
Véronique Racoussot-Sorosina holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Lille.
