Crédit Agricole's public offer for Crédit Lyonnais met with great success

Provisional figures that the ‘Conseil des Marchés Financiers' has just released, indicate that Crédit Lyonnais shareholders have, by and large, tendered their shares to Crédit Agricole S.A.'s and Sacam Développement's combined public offer in cash and shares.
