Crédit Agricole S.A. acquires 15 per cent of Bankinter for €809 million

 

Crédit Agricole S.A. today announced it has reached an agreement with a group of investors represented by Mr. Ramchand Bhavnani to acquire a 14.99 per cent stake in Bankinter, one of the fastest growing and most technologically advanced banks in Spain.
