Crédit Agricole S.A. announces the completion of the disposal of a 16.2% stake in Banque Saudi Fransi to Kingdom Holding Company

Following the disclosure made on 12th September 2017, Crédit Agricole S.A. announces today the completion of the disposal by its subsidiary Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank S.A. (CACIB) of a 16.2% stake in Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) to Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) in respect of which all regulatory approvals were obtained.

The terms and conditions of the transaction remain unchanged as announced on 12th September 2017.

CACIB and J.P. Morgan were joint financial advisors and Clifford Chance and Abuhimed Al-Sheikh Al-Hagbani Law Firm (AS&H) provided legal advice.
