Crédit Agricole S.A. has acquired 1.5% of the capital of Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza SpA (Cariparma)

Crédit Agricole S.A. has acquired today 1.5% of the capital of Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza SpA (Cariparma).

Pursuant to this transaction, Crédit Agricole S.A. holds 76.5% of the capital of Cariparma, Sacam International 10.0% and the Fondazione Cariparma 13.5%.

The shareholders’ agreement has moreover been renewed until February 2018.
