Crédit Agricole S.A. is announcing today the signature of an agreement to sell Crédit Agricole Bulgaria to the Bulgarian bank Corporate Commercial Bank AD. Completion of the transaction is subject to clearance from the relevant regulatory authorities.
 
For Crédit Agricole S.A., the sale will lead to a €160 million reduction in its risk-weighted assets while lowering its solvency ratios by less than 1 basis point.
