Crédit Agricole S.A. plans to set 2002 dividend at previous year's level of €0.55 per share

Crédit Agricole S.A. now has nearly 1.9 million shareholders. Of these, more than 1.8 million are individual shareholders, with whom it wishes to forge a longstanding and trusting relationship. The dividend policy is consistent with this approach.
