Crédit Agricole S.A. to be listed on the Paris Euronext Stock Exchange (Premier Marché)

Today marks the beginning of the process through which Crédit Agricole S.A. will be going public. The indicative IPO share price range has been set at between 14.3 and 16.6 euros. On December 13, 2001, the final offering price should be made public and the listing should become official.
