Jean-Yves Hocher will join Crédit Agricole S.A.'s Executive Committee effective as of 1 January 2006

Jean-Yves Hocher, incumbent CEO of the Crédit Agricole Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres Regional Bank, will join Crédit Agricole S.A.'s Executive Committee effective as of 1 January 2006.
