A new version of the Ma Banque app to improve the daily lives of our customers
The Crédit Agricole mobile app continues to evolve and improve customer satisfaction.

More than 9.8 million* Regional Bank customers now use the Ma Banque app to manage their day-to-day accounts.
The app is regularly enhanced** to offer the best user experience and meet the needs and expectations of all individual and corporate customers. These developments promote the use of digital technology as well as user autonomy.

They are the fruit of collaborative work by teams at the Regional Banks, Crédit Agricole S.A., the subsidiaries, User Hubs and Crédit Agricole Technologies & Services.

The most recent additions to the app include IBAN scanning which allows new beneficiaries to be added in a matter of seconds, an overview of pending payments, a new version of banking aggregation to help customers manage their budgets, and the ability to make instant transfers to a mobile number using Paylib (in collaboration with CA Payment Services).

These popular features and this dynamic approach affirm Crédit Agricole’s goal of providing one of the best banking apps on the market.
* Number of active users recorded over one month to 31 March 2024.
** The app is updated very three weeks.
