The Ma Banque app’s homepage gets a new look to win over more customers
The homepage is the first thing we see when we open an app. The idea is to immediately welcome the user, offer them useful guidance and encourage them to explore other pages.

To offer an even smoother and more personalised user experience, the homepage of the Crédit Agricole Ma Banque app received a makeover on 22 April. It now has a more streamlined design, in line with market trends, new customer shortcuts and more visible personalised communications.

Access to borrowing calculators and insurance quotes has been made more prominent in the various product areas of the app. Furthermore, in response to strong customer demand and in a secure environment at all times, personal codes on longer need to be entered when using the app (to confirm a transfer for instance).

These ongoing improvements, made possible by the synergy between the Regional Banks, Crédit Agricole S.A., subsidiary, User department and Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services teams, will shortly increase the number of active users to 10 million.
