Credit Agricole Bank Polska presents its new 2022 strategy

The objectives and ambitions of Crédit Agricole Bank Polska have been announced in Serock, near Warsaw, at the bank’s first strategy conference: an unprecedented event, both in terms of the number of participants (over 700 people) and the wealth and importance of the information provided. In attendance, together with the executive and management teams of CABP, were the Boards of Directors of other Crédit Agricole entities in Poland (EFL, CA Ubezpieczenia and Amundi Polska), as well as the executive staff of businesses that work regularly with the bank.

The bank’s new ambition, based on the Group Project, is to become the market leader in customer acquisition, to consolidate its position in consumer finance, to grow and diversify its revenue, and to boost its operational efficiency and risk management. Within the next three years, Crédit Agricole Bank Polska hopes to become a digital bank and leader in customer relations, committed to its environmental and societal responsibilities in an innovative working environment.
