Paris, 24 February, 2009 - As announced on 11 February, Crédit Agricole S.A. will propose the appointment of Alain Strub as Emporiki's CEO in Emporiki's next board meeting on 26 February.
Anthony Crontiras, Emporiki's current CEO, has decided to pursue his career outside of the Group because of strategic differences. Jean-Frédéric de Leusse will remain as Emporiki's Chairman, but only temporarily because of his new duties within the Crédit Agricole S.A. group.
The Crédit Agricole S.A. group would like to thank Anthony Crontiras for his commitment and contribution to Emporiki's development in the last two years.
