Amundi Immobilier finalises the investment phase of its first "Scellier" real estate investment trust "Premely Habitat"

Encouraged by its market success, Amundi Immobilier completed the entire investment programme with six months of the fund's closing in December 2009, thus optimising the yield on Premely Habitat.
In all, 72% of these investments, evidenced in 11 greenfield programmes involving the acquisition of 355 apartments, were made in the Paris region (Asnières, Châtillon, Saint-Cyr l’École, Massy, Ivry-sur-Seine, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Le Chesnay and Sartrouville) and the remaining 18% in the provincial cities of Lyon, Toulouse and Marseille.
Amundi Immobilier is currently marketing "Premely Habitat 2", another Scellier SCPI, through the branch networks of Amundi's partners: Crédit Agricole, Société Générale and LCL.
