He will report directly to Jean-François Marchal, Head of the Structured Finance Division and a member of Calyon's Executive Committee.

Jacques Prost began his career in 1986 in the Corporate Department at Crédit Lyonnais London. In 1988, he moved to Banque Paribas where he held several posts in the European Real Estate Finance Division and the Project Finance Division. In 1996, he was appointed Head of Project Finance at Paribas Milan. He joined Crédit Agricole Indosuez in 2000 to head up the structured finance business in Italy, which included LBO activities, project finance and finance for the telecommunications, transport and real estate sectors. He was also a member of the Specialised Finance Division Management Committee.

Jacques Prost is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and holds a DESS (Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées) in Financial Markets from Paris-Dauphine University.
