CA Cheuvreux appoints Luca Solca as Global Head of European Research

Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux announces the appointment of Luca Solca as Global Head of European Research . Based in Paris, Luca Solca will report directly to the C.E.O. of the firm.
Luca Solca was a senior analyst covering the European Luxury Goods and General Retail sectors at Sanford C. Bernstein for six years. He was ranked n°1 in Luxury Goods and n°3 in General Retail in the Institutional Investors Survey 2011 - as well as named in the top 15 analysts of all sectors in the 2010 Extel survey.
Prior to joining Sanford C. Bernstein, Luca was Executive Vice Chairman of a Milan listed medium-sized fashion and luxury Italian group for three years where he restructured and redeveloped the business. Earlier, Luca Solca was a partner of The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on retail and consumer clients.
Luca Solca holds a MBA from the University Bocconi in Milan and a degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Padua.
