Client Relations: CACEIS launches a new web portal

CACEIS has launched a new web portal that is optimised for mobile. It will enhance interactivity and facilitate access to information on all CACEIS services and entities. This new portal is already used by more than half of CACEIS clients and will be rolled out to all clients by mid-2014.

Asset manager, bank and institutional clients can use this portal to access real-time data on all transactions and to generate reports, enabling them to raise the efficiency of their investment management.

Via the portal, clients will be kept informed of new regulatory requirements such as AIFMD reports, the management of EMIR obligations and FATCA deadlines. Clients will also be able to access timely information on fund distribution activities, derivative execution and clearing, and collateral management services. The new portal ties in with the group’s existing portal for middle-office outsourcing, custody and settlement, cash management and fund administration.

As data security is key, the new platform uses market-leading authentication standards for login and user rights management. The portal has been redesigned from the ground up, and has a brand new interface accessible 24/7 from traditional and mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. The tool also provides an integrated dashboard allowing direct communication with CACEIS and options for customising the information displayed.
