Crédit Agricole S.A. wishes to make it known that at the occasion of the announce of the launch of the next stress tests organised by the EBA, it was initially wrongly indicated that Crédit Agricole S.A. would be subjected to this test, and not, as in 2014, Crédit Agricole Group; this mistake was later corrected by the EBA, which confirms that the Group is the sole entity to be relevant for such a test.
Inaccurate and unfounded information also circulated in the market during the day pursuant to the publication of our results, and Crédit Agricole S.A. will bring the matter before the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers).
