Emmanuel Rougier was appointed Head of Human Resources and Member of the Executive Management Committee of BGPI on 1 January 2008.
In 1983, he joined Air France as a lawyer before becoming Special Advisor to the Chairman. He moved on to Compagnie de Suez in 1989 as Head of “Group” Human Relations. In 1994, he joined Human Resources at Banque Indosuez in charge of Executive Career Management. In 1999, he was appointed Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole Luxembourg before becoming Head of Group Human Resources at CPR Group in 2001.
He had previously held the post of Head of Executive and Senior Executive Career Management in Corporate Investment Banking (Calyon) and Private Banking from 2004.
Emmanuel Rougier holds a masters degree in private law and a postgraduate diploma in transport law.
