Andrea Bozzi has been appointed Managing Director in Global Corporate Finance. He will report directly to François Kayat, Managing Director and Head of the Global Corporate Finance Department.
Andrea Bozzi began his career in 1990 at Wasserstein Perella & Co (London/Paris) as a Mergers and Acquisitions analyst for France and Italy. In 1993, he taught a course for HEC students on various aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1994, he joined Lazard Frères & Cie, where he worked on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in Paris and Milan and European projects in the insurance, automobile, aerospace and defense sectors. In 2001, he was appointed Managing Partner.
Aged 40, Andrea is a graduate of HEC and holder of an advanced degree in accounting and finance (DECF).
