La Médicale opens a branch in La Réunion

La Médicale, the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group insurance company for healthcare professionals, is extending its geographic coverage in France’s overseas territories with a branch in La Réunion.
Opened on 1 January 2011, the new branch offers La Médicale's full range of personal insurance, property/casualty insurance and savings product. It is headed by Stéphanie Wan Hoi, 29, who worked with the Crédit Agricole Group in La Réunion in 2002 before leaving in 2003 to acquire experience in other insurance companies.
With the new La Réunion office, La Médicale now has 43 regional branches, in line with the company's development plan that aims to boost marketing potential throughout France and its overseas territories. The new branch will cater to the requirements of more than 7,000 healthcare professionals based in La Réunion.
