Crédit Agricole signed a major agreement with China UnionPay (CUP) in Shanghai on 3 November with a view to accepting CUP-compliant cards in France. The agreement was initialled by Bernard Michel, Director of Operations and Logistics and a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.; Véronique Flachaire, CEO of Cedicam, Crédit Agricole's payment systems subsidiary; and Yongchun Liu, Executive Vice President of CUP.
