Governance of the Societal Project: implemented at the highest level of the Group
To meet the goals it has set for itself by putting CSR at the heart of its business model, the Group has implemented a governance structure dedicated to fostering the Societal Project specifically through two committees:
- the Societal Commitment Committee, made up of members of the Board of Directors;
- the ESG Strategy Committee, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer.
Our CSR sector policies to steer our financing and investments
Our 12 sector-specific CSR policies are based on the best practices established by recognised international organisations and bodies for each sector. They have been designed to:

- Translate our governance commitments into practice;
- Specify the principles and rules for non-financial intervention in order to guide financing and investment in these sectors;
- Reflect the challenges facing society, particularly in terms of respect for human rights, anti-corruption efforts, action against climate change and the preservation of biodiversity.
