Crédit Agricole Egypt now has 10 banki Store branches confirming its 100% human, 100% digital

Crédit Agricole Egypt (CAE) has been accelerating its transformation, as evidenced by the formal opening of two new banki Store branches, taking the total number to ten and the network to 82 branches. This concept, launched end-2018, which strikes a balance between human and digital via a number of innovative services designed to provide customers with a different banking experience, starting with Digital Greeters. Their role is to guide customers within the branches and to promote CAE’s digital solutions by helping customers not yet registered to do so, via their smartphones or tablets, thus enabling them to access remote banking transactions and thus accelerate digital transformation in line with the orientations of the Central Bank of Egypt.
