Digit Live 2023: Discover how IT 2025 contributes to the Group’s Ambitions 2025 program!

Last December 12 saw the second edition of Digit Live, the program that presents the progress of the Group’s IT strategic program. After the launch of the White Paper in 2021, and a first edition in 2022, Digit Live was back!
The employees of the Crédit Agricole Group Information Systems business line met on Thursday 12 December for the second edition of Digit Live. A 2-hour 100% digital broadcast, which aimed to take stock of the IT 2025 strategic plan. It was therefore at the mid-point of the IT 2025 Program that spokespersons from different entities took part in the live game to present a few use cases contributing to the Group’s trajectory.

- Human project - Generative AI, what opportunities for IT professions?
Aldrick Zappellini (Chief Data Officer of the CA Group), Olivier Biton (DG CA-GIP) and Philippe Toulorge (CIO of CAA) presented how Generative AI could bring opportunities for IT businesses. - Societal project - The difficult equation of a digital and eco-responsible bank
Gwladys MAMPOUYA (Head of the Responsible Digital Sub-Program), Agnès DAOUDAL (Head of HR and CSR Development at CAPS) and Benoît DE LESTRANGE (Deputy CIO of CA CF France) discussed the difficulty of combining digital banking with eco-responsibility. The projects carried out have made it possible and will continue to make it possible to offer a better digital experience to our customers, in an eco-responsible manner. - Project client - Technology serving our clients
Nao Vo VAN (CTO of BForBank) and Frédéric COUDREAU (Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS) presented the technological, cultural and organizational transformations of their respective entities. These developments have helped to improve their customers’ digital journeys.
